Frequently Asked Questions

Direct answers to your most common travel queries.

Char Dham Pilgrimage

When is the best time to visit Char Dham?
The best time is from May to June and September to October. We suggest avoiding the monsoon months (July and August) due to heavy rainfall and potential road blockages in the mountain regions.
Is government registration mandatory for pilgrims?
Yes, biometric registration is mandatory for all pilgrims. Our team assists all booked guests in completing this process online before the journey starts to ensure a smooth entry.

Destination Weddings

How do we book a wedding slot at Triyuginarayan Temple?
Wedding slots are limited and highly sought after. You should contact us at least 4-6 months in advance. We handle the official temple registration and coordination with the local board as part of our wedding packages.
What kind of catering is provided in the mountain regions?
We provide high-quality Sattvic (Pure Vegetarian) meals. Our menus include traditional Garhwali dishes as well as popular North Indian options, all prepared with strict hygiene standards.

Transport & Travel

What vehicles do you provide for mountain travel?
We use reliable mountain-ready vehicles like Innova Crysta, Mahindra Bolero, and Tempo Travellers. For larger groups, we provide 27-seater luxury buses. All vehicles are driven by experienced local drivers.
Why is the AC turned off during uphill climbs?
In steep sections, the engine needs maximum power to climb safely. Turning off the AC prevents the engine from overheating and ensures the safety of all passengers.
