1. Service Agreement

By booking a spiritual yatra or a destination wedding with Travel India Holidays (and its division Eternal Unions), you agree to comply with the terms set forth below. We act as your authorized planners and logistical executors.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• Initial token amount is mandatory to initiate resort blocks and transport bookings.
• Helicopter Bookings: 100% advance is required, subject to availability on the official IRCTC/Government portal.
• Final payment must be cleared 15 days before the journey starts.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Since mountain logistics, hotel blocks, and flight slots are pre-paid and limited, our refund policy is as follows:

* Government fees for Helicopter tickets and Temple Registration are non-refundable at all times.

4. Spiritual Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to honor the sanctity of "Devbhoomi" Uttarakhand:

• Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited in temple areas.
• Non-vegetarian food is not allowed during the yatra circuit or wedding ceremonies.
• Respect local traditions and dress modestly during temple darshans.

5. Force Majeure (Natural Causes)

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or loss of baggage caused by natural disasters like landslides, heavy snowfall, road blockages, or sudden government policy changes. In such events, TIH will provide best-effort alternative support at actual costs.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
